The average price of land for sale in North Carolina was $463,723. There was 1,645 acres of sold land in North Carolina recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an eight percent decrease in sales activity over the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $8.5 million.
